We do our best to keep our website updated. If we do not have your art background in stock at time of order, we will contact you regarding a substitute paper print.

 

Please verify your order before purchasing and immediately after purchasing. Check spelling, your personalized message, dates, gender, title, names, paper print, duplicate orders, duplicate names and your shipping address.

 

We print exactly what we receive. We are not responsible for your errors. If changes are needed after reviewing your receipt, please contact us immediately at names@ssccgifts.com

 

We may ask that you return an item along with a copy of your purchasing receipt for verification if there is a dispute. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any items returned.

 

We are not responsible if an item is returned by the Post Office. Please verify your address before ordering. If we have to re-ship your item there will be a $3.00 shipping and handling fee. If prints are returned damaged, you are required to pay full price for each damaged print.

 

You must notify us within 10 days if there is a problem with your print.
